OK, Here goes... My life story - Readers Digest Version
Born? Uh, yeah, I was born.
Raised? Yep, raised clear up to 5'11" tall!
School? Yeah, went there, did that for 12 whole years.
College? Yep did that one also, for a whole 2 yrs.
Studied? Yeah, I studied pretty darn hard too!
Married? Uh, you DON'T wanna go there, truly you don't.
Kids? Yeah, got some of them too. Dogs and cats too.
OK, I'll come clean now. I was born in California waaaay back
in 1950. Raised in So. Cal. until I had
enough sense to escape there in 1989. I went thru Jr. High and High School
in 29 Palms California.(really truly!) Graduated in 1968 and then
after graduation I got married to a man in the Navy. Had three kids (best things to come
out of the marriage!) and then divorced and have been single since.
I enrolled in San Bernardino Community College back in 1976 and became
a Respiratory Therapy Technician. Worked
at Eisenhower Medical Center
and at Desert Hospital Palm Springs until I had two back surgeries which ended my work career.
I moved over to Lake Havasu City AZ in 1989 and been here ever since.
See, really exciting life huh?? Yep, I live the life, with 4 basset hounds 3 cats and my grandson.
I love raising money for Basset Hound Rescues and for our local Humane
Society. I hope to continue writing short stories and selling them to raise money for homeless animals.
